I thought this was going to be a good experience, but I was sorely mistaken. They wrote me a Referal to an ortho surgeon and I made the appointment and set up a date for surgery. I was to later find that the pain clinic never sent my referral in so the ortho surgeon billed me for the appointment. We called the pain clinic and told them about this, they made excuse after excuse. Ultimately they said the referral had to come from my PCM, this became practice months after the original referral was to be sent, back at that time they still could have sent the referral. When we presented them with this fact, they stopped returning our messages. We ended up having to pay the ortho surgeon and cancel my surgery until I went back to my PCM to start the whole process over again. I was so very disappointed that such a big and visual company in the valley would screw over a disabled veteran like this. We can only do so much and this was completely their fault, but we were left holding the bag. I would have at least appreciated a call back. AZ pain clinic decided to ignore me and not fix their own mistake. This is not the service I expected, I would caution you against going to this business, I am sorry I ever did. I would love to hear from AZ Pain clinic, and hear what their response is to my post, Although I highly doubt I ever will.
