  • Was recommended to go to dr. Brinkmann for my blind dog. Only had appts two weeks out, but still made one. Got a phone call later in the day offering me an earlier appt that I wouldn't be able to make due to work. When I told Michelle that I couldn't make the earlier appt she became aggressive with me and suggested she knew more about my dog than I do. You're the scheduler. If I tell you we can make it, that's the end of the story. I made an appt to help my dog and you acted like that wasn't good enough. Really made me feel uncomfortable about the attitude I would get at the office about my dogs condition. Luckily my vet recommended someone closer who can fit us in within the week.
