  • Well... I originally was a fan of barking dogs because I like to support small businesses (despite having steeper prices than franchises) and it's convenient to where I live, but when you plan your day off around when your dog is getting groomed and someone drops the ball and doesn't write down your appointment there is nothing convenient about that. I showed up for my scheduled appointment only to be told it wasn't on the books and nobody was available. In their defense they tried to make up for the mishap by saying they could take me the next day and take $5 off, but honestly I'd rather drive somewhere less convenient and feel like my appointment will be honored. I'm debating if I'll even continue to buy his dog food there. So disappointing.
