  • Came in today for an SNS and was told it would be 10 min before they could get to me. 15 min later, I asked again and was told 10 more minutes. An HOUR later, she brings me to the table and I tell her I only have 25 min before I have to leave and she assures me she can do it in time. She takes off my nail polish.. files down my nails and then realizes she can't actually do it in time and tells me to come back later (what?!?). Not only a waste of an hour of waiting but also filed down my nail bed (making it weak) and didn't even bother to put a coat of polish on it to help. And the woman before me got gel and it was sticky and kept messing up. I have had gel numerous timesal and have never ever seen this issue. This place is a joke.
