  • Certain people who work there have no concept of gauging the client as far as how much talking. Getting my hair done is MY downtime where I can relax. The woman would not shut up in my ear. If the client is not socializing back, maybe the client doesn't care about what you have to say and would just like to relax. Talk to someone else! and when you are doing the color, don't STOP doing your job to finish your sentence. There's no reason I should be in your chair over an hour just for you to apply color. Other than that, the color and cuts are amazing, 5 star worthy.
