Bait and Switch:
If you even choose this place, please request ALL documents you will be asked to sign at least one week in advance of your procedure or you will pay for it. They like to have you sign a stack of papers minutes before the procedure after you have planned weeks if not months of time off work etc. They may even have you sign additional docs once you are in the chair and draped (as they did me). During the sales presentation Shelly Friedman gave me a cost range and number of grafts for the procedure of which I based my decision however literally seconds before the surgery he suggested I tell "HIM" the amount of grafts needed. As a layperson, I had no idea other than what we had previously ascertained in writing weeks ago. He then claimed he had no clue on the number of grafts necessary and any number of grafts may be required. This changed the scope of his prior "professional recommendation" and ADDED approximately $5,000 to the intended procedure. Nice work if you can get it.
You can do better.
