  • I am a Marriott Elite member and wasn't greeted accordingly. Definitely wasn't happy with the way I was checked in as compared to many other Marriott facilities. Most places give me water complimentary and explain the features of the hotel or the perks of my Gold status. I felt rushed and under appreciated. The bed in the room was extremely uncomfortable and I could barely sleep. I walked out with a back ache and regretted using my 10,000 per room (times 2) for the night at this hotel. I won't stay here again and will use more points to stay somewhere else.
