| - When I first got to this store, I saw a lot of plaid and stuff I was going to have to iron, and I almost left. Luckily I had a great friend with me who helped by searching through the racks for the wash-and-wear mumus I was so craving.
It had gotten to the point where I am uncomfortable in everything. Even the maternity shorts and t-shirts I bought earlier this summer were driving me nuts. I was out-of-town, had time to burn, and I'd had it with trying to suck myself into outfits.
In comes the Motherhood Maternity Outlet in Tempe. I think I hit this place just at the right time, but it seemed like everything was on sale. They have clothes from Motherhood Maternity, Pea in the Pod, and the old Mimi Maternity stuff too.
It definitely pays to go through the racks thouroughly. If I would have given up early on, I would have missed out on some good stuff. I bought a ton of dresses ranging in price from $8 to $68, and I'm so happy with all of my purchases.
There was only one person working at the store, and she was super nice and helpful, but she wasn't able to help us individually as much because she had to deal with the whole store by herself. That was the only downfall of this place. And the fact that you do have to dig through some of the crazy ugly maternity clothes to find your gems.
If you've reached your maternity clothes breaking point, find a good friend and check this store out.
