  • When the toilet handle breaks and your husband is gone, you head to Lowe's. I honestly wouldn't have known where to look to find the piece I needed so I looked on the Lowe's app to find the exact location in the store. It was correct right down to the aisle and bay numbers. To my surprise I was actually approached by a store employee asking if I needed help with anything. That usually never happens, it's usually me trying to hunt someone down. But this time around I knew right where to find what I needed. I usually go to this location for paint and it's always been good for the most part. They've even helped me match paint that I didn't actually have the original can of. They offer 10 percent military/veterans discount, which is nice when you're buying something expensive.
