Checked into a room with a broken shower. We were moved since maintenance left, to a room that smelled like cigarette smoke and then I was charged $250 after checkout for a "smoking fee". manager claims that me and my girlfriend who are both asthmatics were the ones who caused it and we made up the whole broken shower and room switch. When I asked to speak with the manager I was told he would be back in 20 minutes, after waiting for over an hour in the lobby I was informed he was not coming. Thieves and liars. I encourage everyone who has been wronged by this hotel to seek compensation through small claims and fill out an attorney general consumer complaint.
