  • DO NOT RENT HERE! They have been awful from the beginning. They NEVER answer their phones. The condition of the 3 bedroom apartment we were shown was unacceptable. Broken bathroom shower tiles protruding from shower wall, faucet falling off, scratched/damaged paint on bathroom cabinets, pee stains on walls and carpet, awful smoke smell and hair in every corner. It wasn't properly cleaned or repaired. Truly awful. Unsanitary/improperly kept. We have decided to go elsewhere! AVOID AVOID AVOID. Currently staying at an Airbnb for 1/2 the price and in 100% better condition. The drive is 10 minutes longer but worth it. So glad we have decided to buy instead of rent, this place was a disaster. NOT Summerlin quality.
