A lot of owners think they are too busy or too much of a hot shot to talk to you, but not the owner of this salon. He'll take time to answer your e-mails and call you. You can be a brand new client (or just a prospective client) and he'll treat you the same as a client who's been with the salon for many years. He'll be honest with you too. Be prepared to not completely get the answer you expect, but the answer is good because sometimes he'll point you in a completely new direction that he thinks is the best for you.
