  • My garage door broke a spring in the early evening, and based upon other reviews I called Tim at Gateway Garage doors. I made an appointment for the next morning. Tim came out and assessed the situation and went to work. He pointed out that I had several very worn bearings on my 30+ year-old garage door, and I had him replace those along with a garage door opener sprocket that took a hit from the failing springs. I am pleased with his attention to detail and his service.
