Horrible customer service! I've been using the sport clips franchise for about 5 years. I decided to try this location today and from the moment I walked in it was a total disappointment. I was not greeted as I walked in which to me is not a big deal but it was part of the experience. When it came down to calling my name the attendant had a hard time pronouncing my name Andy. I corrected and it spelled it for her 3 times. Finally when it came down to my turn she started calling and Andrew so I didn't answer finally she said my last name and it dawned on me that it was actually calling out for me. When I got to her chair she seemed annoyed at me she very rudely asked me "what hair cut do you want" I explained to her I want an all around trim she said well that doesn't tell me what you want I need to know how short. I then said can we start with a little bit shorter I don't know how short exactly but just a little bit shorter. She then said If i do that I have to charge you for two hair cuts. I would like to add that I buy there season passes and I pay for 6 MVP hair cuts ahead of time. She knows that I have this card and still she is being so nasty and rude. After that I just said I don't need a hair cut thank you and left. Today was horrible and I would never come here ever again. This company need to teach her about customer service. Her name starts with an S blond lady with a black streak on her hair.
