| - The store is a complete nightmare. Non of the staff don't have a clue about any of the species of animals they provide. I have seen a kid, about 13 yrs old, who seems to be working there, giving away FALSE information about the genders and other info about the breeds to possible customers. All of the hamsters are crammed together. Species and genders of the hamsters vary in the one cage they keep them in. Another incident, they had a chinchilla in a glass container, along with a ferret, the only thing that kept them separate was a glass divider, And there was a crack-opening- and the chinchilla kept getting itself STUCK, I complained to the manager about it and he said, and I quote, "Oh yeah we know, we'll do something about it tomorrow morning." Why must you wait until tomorrow MORNING?! He could seriously injure itself! A few guinea pigs had open wounds on their body. I again, complained to one of the workers there, and he explained to me that kids dont put the animals back where they belong... It's not the kids fault! If there is an animal with an open wound, he should be treated, and kept away from the other animals until he's healed. No one wants to buy -"Adopt" a sickly, wounded animal.. So why keep it out on the floor?! The ONLY thing I like about that place is you do get to interact with the animals..
