  • Last night I broke the basin of one of the sinks in my master bathroom. It is an under mount sink and I was a bit concerned after researching having it replaced and the issues that might be involved. In the morning I called the plumber we normally use but was told they don't replace basins. They recommended Plumbing Medic. I called and was given an appointment for an estimate late in the day (between 3pm and 5pm). About 30 minutes later Thomas, the dispatcher, called back and said they had a tech finish early and could be at my home shortly. He arrived, gave me an estimate and the job was complete within a few hours. Kevin did a great job, was very nice and professional, and the area was left cleaner than when he arrived!
