Unless you are paying for cash, stay away from this place! I went to this place yesterday and received an amazing massage. I was so impressed that I tipped $20 and was excited I had found a place closer to home that provided me what I needed. While I was checking out the lady ran my card several times. I was leery when she kept swiping, quite afraid that I would be overcharged. She smiled and asked if I liked my massage as she processed my payment and beckoned for me to sign the receipt. This morning I wake up and to my dismay my card had been charged 3 times for $41. I was not happy and went to them to straighten this out. I showed them my bank statement from my phone and the lady mentioned that their machine was new. She went to get the guy who gave me my massage and they both started talking in non-English language. She told me that I needed to come back later because they were busy with a customer. Really? I told her that they needed to handle this situation now. She told me that she only charged me once, even after I told and showed where they had charged me three times. She asked me to keep quiet because they had a customer and would call me later. It amazes me how quick these folks are to take your money, yet lack any value of customer service and loyalty. What makes me more so upset is that I paid an extra $20 in tips to get ripped off. So as I write this I am on hold with my Chase bank trying to get these charges removed. Yes, the massage was great, but was it worth getting ripped off for and the poor customer service? Absolutely, not! I will NEVER return to this place again! Dr. R. Marshall
