  • I have frequented Banner Urgent Cares lately (because they are great) and this has been my least favorite. The flickering light in Room 3 allowed me to zone in on the scuffs on the wall. My wait time (an hour) was ridiculous as there was one person already being seen and I was the only other one there. Lastly, I know it was Friday and the end of the day, but hearing the staff cracking jokes,chatting about coffee, and playing phone tag with IT, was almost loud enough to drown out my coughing fit. Nonetheless I got my meds-none to help with my bad attitude though.
