  • I was a bit hesitate to walk into the encore location.Sales lady Yomiko Y( sorry if i didnt spell it right) is very helpful, friendly and professional. This is my first purchase at hermes in usa, because of using foreign credit card, we have some issues of the card keep declining. We switched accounts back and forth, she is still very patient and waited 30min + while im calling my bank, she was explaning and teaching me how to solve the problem. btw,This location has a great selection.
