  • I've had the guys from McHenry plumbing into our home a few times for bathroom related incidents. First time, a part to our shower was completely broken and second time out shower handles where leaking causing our ceiling to leak into our downstairs kitchen. Response time is decent; they've come same day but they've also had to come a few days later and they also call when they are on their way. We've had Danny & Liam come into our home and both are wonderful. We have two annoying but decently behaved dogs and both men were lovely with our fur babies. Not related to their jobs but very appreciated that they took the time to say hi to them and be friendly with them. Austyn even hung out in the bathroom with Liam as he worked. ( our of the way and not bothering him just chilling and watching) The guys have been great each time they visit, they clean up and do a great job in a short period of time. Very friendly, and don't do any unnecessary work. They always take the time to explain what's needed to be done and what our options were. I don't know what the pricing is like because they always deal with my land lady however the one invoice I did see, seemed acceptable and reasonably priced. It's always nice to have friendly pleasant workers come into your home who like what they do and have good energy. Would recommend this company (especially Liam and Danny) to fix any of your plumbing needs
