  • I normally do not write reviews because I myself have worked in customer service but this company is HORRIBLE!!! Please do your self a favor and not hire them. My mom was in a bind and needed to move asap. First they dropped my mom's dresser off the truck and my mom has very expensive furniture! They were sooooo slow it took about 11 hours, they quoted us 6 and then one guy said he was sick so spent most of the time in the bathroom until they finally sent out another guy. When they got the furniture to the new house they had scratches all over different pieces, they completely ripped the leg off a $500 chair!!! Broke the entertainment center, these guys are a total joke! The boss didn't act like he cared, so we will see what the insurance does, which is probably nothing so we may seek courts for this... it was awful the worst experience of my life. And then they had the audacity to ask for a tip?!!!?? Um no, you replace all the furniture that was broke and we will give u a tip. UNBELIEVABLE.
