  • I researched online for days in hopes of finding a lamp shade for my brass vintage desk lamp. I went into Lamps Plus with reservation, as I didn't think I would find a lamp shade in the right size. Frank Morrison greeted us and set to task in trying to resolve our concern. He was knowledgeable, had a great personality, always a smile on his face, and was committed to resolving our issue. He went ABOVE and BEYOND to help us by adding a riser to our lamp in order to accommodate the larger shade that we found in just the right color. He worked diligently in trying to make the riser work for the size of lamp we had. It was his 'stick to it' attitude that impressed me and my husband most. It's due to this kind of work ethic and outstanding customer service that continually brings me back to Lamps Plus! Thank you, Frank!
