  • Stay the heck AWAY from this place! I've bought from this location several times in the last 25 years, only because it was convenient and close to my office. But this last time really drove home the point that they simply don't give a fck about their customers. The salesman (Mario) is totally and utterly incompetent. My glasses were given to me AFTER 3 weeks, with the wrong frames. But instead of calling me to tell me my chosen frames were no longer in stock, Mario just went ahead and "chose something I thought was similar" (to my intended frames)! I wanted round frames. (Round is round is round, right?) Mario chose a half-round with a straight section across the top, and in a fake silver kind of metal. Then he became downright rude when I told him I didn't want them. SO, after another full week passed, I finally got the frames I wanted but the bifocal lenses were totally crooked. I'm talking a 45° angle crooked! Believe me folks, save yourself some serious hassle and buy your glasses somewhere else. I hear Pearle Vision is great.
