  • Great experience with Rudy Cools. Our AC/Heater and furnace all not working. Called Rudy Cools after reading Yelp reviews (Monday morning). I received a call back before lunch and after some troubleshooting over the phone to try to identify a simple fix I had an appointment set up for Tuesday morning. David came out on schedule and did a thorough job, identified the problem (switch had burned out, presumably too many Charlotte power outages/surges). David didn't have the part with him - but was able to go get it and come back and complete the job all in good time at a fair price. Really couldn't ask for more.
