  • Now I love sprouts. I love getting my snacks there cause they usually have deals and I love getting my almonds, granola, and candy here but sadly today was not good customer service. My cashier Jessica was not cheerful and she barely acknowledged me. Now if you work directly with customer I expect to be greeted or at least asked how my day was she barely spoke to me and when she did it made me feel like I was a nuisance. Now I didn't know I needed a code to get the granola that I got. When she asked and I said no she looked very annoyed. Now I did apologize and said that I was unaware but she didnt acknowledged me at all. She made me feel very uncomfortable and unwanted. I told her to have a nice day and still nothing. No one deserves to feel that uncomfortable.
