  • Should be NO stars. I had a reservation confirmed through Open Table. Walked six blocks in the rain to restaurant. It was closed. Nobody bothered to call and tell me, they had my cell phone number. Restaurant with that kind of customer service doesn't get a second chance, Chapter 7 would be appropriate.
