Update #2: after all I mentioned before, we received an incredibly condescending and blatantly rude email from Lisa's husband, who makes no apology for how we were treated. And today we finally received the hat only to find that it wasn't the colors we ordered. What a joke. I'd take it back but in his email Jason dared me to come to his store and "see how well that goes" for me.
At Patty Cakes, the customer is always wrong. Keep that in mind if you dare to shop there.
