  • I came here a few times and I'm definitely not happy with this place. First off, when you call in and ask them what's the starting price of a service (in my case it was to dye my hair), a few of them were so confused with the question. I'm sorry I'm not trying to be rude but I'm only asking for a starting price, because I know you'll have to see the length and thickness of my hair before telling me the actual price. Second, each and every time I got a cut here, it was horrible! One day I even walked into school looking like Dora the explorer (no I'm not lying), when I asked for a small trim with NO bangs. I looked so bad!! They always tend to cut off way more hair then what you originally tell them. Not only did I go thru this but so did others I know. Reading this, you're probably like if the first time was bad, why'd you go back. I went during different years and regretted it each time but I definitely learned my lesson. Never coming back here again.
