  • What can I say about REI?! This company has not only some of the best camping and outdoor gear available but more importantly they have some of the best customer service and return policies out of any company out there. Anytime I have a product that I have taken out in the field and don't feel it's up to par I bring back and they except my returns with no questions asked. Their website is equipped with a great feature where you can click on a button to see if the product you're looking for is available at any of the Valley locations (tempe and Paradise Valley). Extremely knowledgeable and friendly staff that are there to make your adventures more fun and safe. I can't say enough about REI... I love being a member and if I could give them 10 stars I would!
