  • I have lived at San Cierra for 6 months now and have loved it so far! It's a clean and quiet community. I've never had any major issues and have had timely responses to maintenance requests, etc. The apartment was very clean when we moved in and had brand new carpet! Another plus is that we have not really seen any bugs in our unit, aside from some ants this spring (which were easy to take care of).
