  • I was, and technically still am, going here but I'm seriously looking for another option because I've honestly had enough of this place. The first issue is they moved. Not too happy about that but what can you do? But if that was all that was going on, I'd literally go and continue seeing the doctor here if it wasn't for the next bit. Namely it takes forever not only to get an appointment but to actually see your doctor. When I signed up here I was supposedly put on "the list". What this is means is I can't be turned away if I walk in and need to see somebody. And yet twice now it's happened. In fact the receptionist instead of looking up my name in the system suggested I instead go to Trilllum Medical Center instead and see them there and this is what they do all the time. No. I was told to come here whenever I needed it as it's all where my medical records are and everything. But no. They say they're all full up and I need to go elsewhere. And if I need to make an appointment it will literally be six weeks before I can see my doctor. What's even the point of being on this "list" if I can't see the doctor when I need it? Then to add insult to injury twice now they've dropped the ball when I've sent in a refill request for medication. The pharmacy did everything in their power to get it but these people just ignored it or it got lost in the shuffle. Then when you actually do get to see somebody it literally feels like they're rushing you out the door just because they need to see the next patient as quickly as possible. I'm sorry for taking up so much of your valuable time but do you really need to make it feel like I'm such a burden to you? Sorry EMC. You went from okay to really terrible in a couple years.
