  • We purchased our ring from the Superstition Springs Mall location. Ring was absolutely garbage!!!! We got one that was white gold and within the first year the rhodium was already coming off and left the band looking horrible and dindgy. After the purchase was made and they got their money every time we went in it was like going to a used car lot.....run around and sales pitches for upgrading. Then when we did go in to talk about upgrading we got the run around again. Edward the manager there is terrible and gave us some BS every time we went in. This last time my fiance went there, he ended up talking down to her and acted like a complete a-hole. We ended up selling the ring and went elsewhere to get a new one. We'll never do any business there again, ever!
