rev:text	Went in Nov 2015 for a UTI - NO PHYSICAK exam, just dr asking questions. got a prescription, then two months later got a bill for $2,000 of lab work. My insurance got stuck with $1000 of it, and they want me to pay the other $1000. There was no mention of labs being done, no exam to warrant it. Now going to collections because Urgent Care will NOT admit they make an error - have tried to talk to office manager (Duke), and others - they will not return calls or fix the issue. How many seniors have they done this to??????
