  • I bought the bean bag chair from here and while it's a comfy product, I wasn't very satisfied with the service. The staff seemed to leave out a lot of important info about the product (such as that the zipper is not a complete zipper - leaving me to think it was a defect of the product, and the instruction diagram showed a complete zipper). For paying $200+ on a product I'd expect them to tell me more than what is written on their brochure... I'm not too happy with MUJI in Canada in general, the prices are marked up like crazy compared to in Asia (yes I know import fees and tax...) but it is really not worth it to buy their stuff here. The quality doesn't justify the price imo...
