| - My first review of 2018 and I want to start the year on a positive note. I wanted to go all out for my son's first birthday. After reading reviews of multiple indoor playgrounds, we decided to have it here. Everything from booking the appointment date to the day of the party was such a pleasant experience.
We opted for the ultimate 15 package:
1. Jump time for up to 15 kids in 2 private play areas
2. Celebration in the party room
3. Dedicated party staff (one person takes pictures of the kids playing and another person taking care of you in the party room)
4. Gift bags and balloons for the kids.
5. 3 pizzas and 3 pitchers of drinks.
6. All plates, napkins, utensils and cups included.
7. No clean up!!!
I also booked my package on cyber Monday so I received 2 extra pizzas and 2 pitchers of drinks!! Score!
After booking the party over the phone more than a month in advance, I probably called them every other week with questions. They were more than happy to answer all of them. A few days before the party, they called me to go over details like pizza topping options and drink options. I was also able to make last minute changes the day before with no problem. The day of the party we got checked in and watched a safety video beforehand.
Now the fun part. We were lead to the first room which were filled with bubbles since I chose that instead of having neon lights. We had the whole room to ourselves which was nice and didn't have to worry about other kids. There were 3 jumping stations in this room. One had a little slide, another one had a basket ball hoop and another one had an obstacle course. We were in this room for 40 minutes and then we were moved to another room with 3 more jumping stations. The 2nd room had an even bigger slide, another bounce house and an even more difficult obstacle course. Like I said earlier, there is a staff member taking pictures of all the kids which I will mention later. I know the kids had so much fun but us parents were pooped lol. They have sanitizing wipes for all the germaphobe parents like me.
After our 40 minutes in the 2nd room, they led us to the party room where we got to enjoy the delicious pizza and cake. The pizza was really good and all of our guests enjoyed it. They order it from Pizza My Dear. We were able to bring our own fruit/veggie tray, chips, juice boxes and water bottles. The staff member in this room makes sure everyone has what they need, serves cake and cleans up. There is also a monitor where all the pictures I mentioned earlier are displayed. $15.99 to purchase the access code to the pictures online.
After the party was over, they handed out goodie bags for the kids. Payment was quick and easy. They go over your entire bill and make sure everything turned out perfectly. They also give you a free pass to come back and jump again. Yay.
Thank you so much to the staff of Pump It Up for making my son's birthday a memorable one. Everything was awesome and everyone had such a great time. I was worried my 1 year old wouldn't be able to do much, but he had fun going on the slide. I even had a few people in my party say they want to have their kid's party there too. I would definitely recommend them and maybe have my son's birthday here again when he gets older.
