  • After a few muggy days, I called and was given a same day appointment. Chris arrived in a timely manner and diagnosed my issues. He had me cooled off in less than an hour! Before he did any work, I was provided with a ABC list of items. A - was the do now, B - in the future & C were "luxury" enhancements. The fee for diagnosis was the same as other places I called. The repair costs were reasonable, and the tech was excellent! He did not try to pad the bill or sell me unnecessary items. I will most likely purchase the service contract before the winter comes. Would definitely recommend!!!!
