  • I called tonight based on my lights going out in some rooms in my home, and tried to reach a couple of companies for a quote. Because it was after hours, it was hard to find someone available, and for those that were, they (Helix) wanted to charge me an emergency fee before they would even talk to me, but couldn't tell me what that fee was. Even though it took a couple hours to get back to me, the guy with Pacific Electric returned my call same night, and walked me through troubleshooting steps which fixed my issue so that he wouldn't even need to come out to charge me anything at all. He even gave me a heads up about what the problem could be if it happened again. One thing is for sure... if I have any electrical issues in the future, this guy made absolutely sure he has my business.
