  • I rented from E and J management from Aug 2016-July 2017 and have to say this has been the worst renting experience I have ever had. To start off the apartment needs to be remodeled, in order to get the kitchen you have to go through two bedrooms, and in order to get into one bedroom you need to go through the other, no privacy! When we first moved we found a few cockroaches and the basement was disgusting. It looked like it had not been vacuumed in 5 years. We were charged with a $50 late fee if the rent was one day late, luckily this was removed later. However, Mary was very difficult to have a conversation with and promised certain things that were not done. She failed to send out a cleaning service, along with other services. Worst company ever, super shady and don't even list their actual location they just have a P.O. Box. I highly suggest you don't rent from this company, no matter the price of rent
