  • It takes a lot for me to bother writing an online review, I either need to be extremely satisfied with a product or service - or completely dissatisfied. Unfortunately in this particular case it is the latter of the two. I'm not surprised to see other negative reviews for this place.. They must a have strong local customer base that keeps them in business, because it is clear they don;t care about customer service or attracting and retaining new customers. Perhaps they have just been around too long and don;t care anymore. I moved back to the area last October, and sought out a dry cleaners for my dress shirts and other odds and ends. I have been there I think 5 times now, and only once did I not have an issue with the service (curtains ironed - satisfactory job but not great job) . One time I dropped off a suit jacket and pants.. I told the gentleman I wanted the hole by the pocket sewn, and then the pants and jacket dry cleaned. When I picked up the pants they were dry cleaned but the hole was not sewn at all. Another time I picked up my dress shirts and when I got home, I found that most of the dozen or so shirts I took in had wrinkles pressed into them which made them look like shit. Just on Monday I took in a suit to be drycleaned, and about ten shirts, and a hoodie that has a tear across the chest - I asked them to sew it for me. So I go to pick up my stuff today, the shirts look okay (I inspected them before I left) but they decided not to sew my hoodie at all. The young lady (who is friendly and beautiful) asks me if this upcoming Friday is good to pick up the hoodie, and I said yes, but mentioned it was already supposed to have been done yesterday Friday. So I'm on my last leg with this place.. I'm going to go to Fairview Dry Cleaners or maybe even give Pat's Cleaners a try... Also yes, the older lady is not welcoming or friendly at all.. Time for the young lady to take over the family business or sell. At least she is cute, smart, and friendly
