My doctor uses this outpatient facility for her procedures so I had no choice. Overall the facility was okay I guess and checking in was fine however they did overcharge me for my procedure. When I noticed the claim from my insurance company I instantly realized that they over charged me when I checked in. I called them to notify them of this and the billing department did confirm that they owed me a refund. They said it would take 2 weeks to process refund and another 3-4 weeks for me to get it in the mail. My procedure was done 4/11, the 1st time I contacted them was on 4/19 and it is now 4/27. I have a feeling that I am going to have to keep following up for my refund, which I hope that is not the case. I will update the review with the timeframe.
UPDATE: Today is 5/08/2018 and I have yet to receive my refund. I contacted the company on 5/02/2018 and was told they where processing it. SMH
2ND UPDATE: Today is 5/19/2018 and I have NOT received my refund yet. This has been 1 month since I initially contacted them regarding my refund. If I don't receive my refund in the next week I will be filing a formal complaint against this company. Avoid them if you can.
