  • This review is based on two experiences with them. First I went in to see about a new lease as mine was ending, the sales folks totally attempted to overcharge me telling me I had to pay marketing fees and dealer return fees, both of which KIA Finance told me the dealer has no control over. The KIA Finance person I spoke with was not surprised to hear this about this dealership and recommended Findlay KIA and I do too! Second experience was attempting to return the lease because I ended up with an Acura from Findlay, so I called Henderson KIA and was told they don't accept lease returns on the weekend and I could only come in on a Wednesday between 9am and 4pm. I don't know for certain but my best guess is people work on Wednesdays during that time, I know I do. Very inconvenient!!! I am returning my lease at another KIA dealership that I called and they gave me absolutely no hassle. I would have left ZERO stars but yelp doesn't have that option and I will say that the service department was good the one time I took the car in for oil change. So the one star goes to them.
