I'm 37 weeks pregnant and went in for a prenatal massage today. The receptionist was very kind and great. The massage was good and the masseuse nice . Unfortunately it was hot as hell in the room. I mentioned it to my masseuse and she said that sometimes the air doesn't circulate well in the building. It got to the point where I just wanted it over, contemplated ending it ,and couldn't stop fidgeting. The point of a massage is to relax and feel comfortable I didn't achieve that and there wasn't a solution to remedy it. At the front after the receptionist did acknowledge the warmth and apologize and offer a first timers discount if I was to go back ,which I appreciate. I would suggest being more aware of comfort for customers individual needs.
