  • Kim only takes cash and works alone. She is the sweetest ever. I walked in and she asked me, "when do you need it back?" "Whenever," I said. She informed me that "whenever" to her translates to months... years... so I said, "um...as soon as you can have it done, then?" She told me two weeks and sweetly explained that she is the only one who works in the shop. She told me a couple of funny anecdotes about other people who had told her to "take as long as you need." Only four days later, I got a voicemail from Kim saying that she had finished my skirt. I mean, I had to listen to the voicemail four times before I knew who was calling me and what they were saying... but when I DID figure out it was Kim, I was impressed that my skirt was done much earlier than she had originally stated. I highly recommend Kim. What a neat lady!
