  • It is impossible to book an appointment here due to renovations and employees that quit. After requesting someone call me 4 times, I finally went in person to ask for a refund for my gift card. While I was declined cash value, I was offered a free massage. I had the massage and it was one of the worst experiences. The prenatal pillow they have you lie on your tummy on is super uncomfortable and at 33 weeks I felt like I was smashing my son. I was having difficulty breathing and was too hot the whole time. There is also almost nothing they can actually massage on your body because you are pregnant, which I understand, but I felt like I spent an hour having someone else rub lotion on my body (while simultaneously suffocating and smashing my child). I don't recommend the massage! Two stars for the fact that I was at least offered a free service for all of my frustration, thank you Heather!
