  • This rental company is awful. I recently rented a car for a couple days. Thirty days after I received a call from their claims department accusing me of damage that was on the vehicle prior to me renting the car. I have written documentation of the damage that was already on the vehicle from the employee when we left the parking garage. I will never rent from this company again. Not only does this feel like fraud but that they are pursuing innocent people. I'm more than frustrated.
