  • I have NEVER had a MORE PROFESSIONAL TECH in my home for any kind of service than we did with Dryer Vent Wizard!!!! I was completely blown away by the compassion, understanding, manners and integrity of our visitor, David LaValle - absolutely THE most amazing service provider I've ever had! David went to great lengths to locate, clean and purge our dryer vent system. He took extreme care with our home, inside and out, even cleaning up every speck of lint that came out of the system into the yard. He removed shoes, gently moved items in the way, asked permission to do so before he did anything......I just cannot say enough about his intense sense of respect for his customers. He educated us about his process, told us about how to keep things running smoothly, and showed us PROOF at the end of his work that his service MORE than pays for his time spent at our home! Our dryer had an air flow reading (I think that is what he called it) of around "0.8" prior to his service, and was at almost 3.0 when done. Our dryer instantly worked in less than 1/2 the time to dry a full load of clothes! Thanks David, for being TOTALLY above and beyond! You will be our ONLY call when we need service for our dryer vent system!
