We bought our front door about 1 and 1/2 years ago and had problems with the key and lock almost instantly. Allied came out 3 times to fix or switch the lock and everything worked fine until a week or two ago. Now the key keeps getting stuck in the lock or the key keeps spinning around. This is not an ideal situation to have if the house was on fire because we might not be able to get out. Allied says that they will send someone out for an $85 service call, but no one can explain why I should have to pay for a service call when it is still under warranty. I have asked for the manager and left messages for him 3 times and he never returns the call. There are plenty of door companies out there and I would recommend using someone else. Allied is terrible!!!
