I was treated disrespectfully by Allen, who felt it necessary to tell me that I was "not a customer" even though I was a buyer's agent and on the receiving end of a resale package. He didn't listen; just kept talking so much that he was never able to provide any assistance on the issue I was wrestling with. I asked him to escalate my call to the next level and, of course, nobody was available. To add to all of this, the product, a list of document links, was mislabeled with wrong or missing titles. What a company!
