  • This place is a nightmare. When i used up my "warranty" aka $700 worth of things to be fixed unexpectedly, the repairs i paid them to fix were still not fixed. Not only when i went to pick up my wrangler were the parts not working, my Front door was returned with multiple FRESH scratches on it! When we asked our service adviser about it, he stated " Oh these kids park the jeeps too close to one another and since their is construction occurring on the lot, it happens". really? Thats their way of taking accountability? By making excuses? No apologies. When i asked them to fix the damage the guy said we would have to call back in a few weeks since he was going out of town for 2 weeks??? How is that my problem that this guy wont be around? Fix the problem you caused on the spot. Assign someone else to take care of your paying customers. They show no compassion, no sense of urgency or remorse or due diligence to make it right. Stay away from this place, I have tried multiple times to get this issue resolved only to get the run around.
