  • This is the worst hospital now! This used to be the best hospital but things have really changed. The only positive part was when I first arrived in the ER and the lady checking me in was semi nice. I will never come to this place again. Nurses caring for you that don't know medical terms, forget to hook you up to the IV, forget to get meds that were ordered. Dr's that only come in once before test are ordered and not having the common courtesy to ever come back in, relying on nurses to give test results that can't even pronounce the medical terms yet alone explain what it is. Drs and nurses that completely ignore other symptoms that brought you to the ER. After ruling that my heart was ok none of my other symptoms were addressed and being a diabetic the other symptoms were very important. This place lacks the professionalism and knowledge that every employee used to have when coming here. It's no longer about the care and doing the right thing it's all about the cash. I will ensure that my family and friends think twice about coming here now. Truly, truly a sad and disappointing experience. Those that I dealt with should be horribly embarrassed. I'm still waiting for my 2nd urinalysis results, as they lost my first sample and I'm unaware of my chest X-ray results. My left flank pain is still there and I'm feeling terrible but hey my heart is good so the nurse said!
